Feb 19,2025I visited cwmbran store and was greeted with a lovely smile Katie. Very which immediately I felt relaxed. I requested Tenerife and a particular area. Katie was very formative and knew exactly what I requested. She showed a few and had patience of a saint, as I was indecisive. She came up with a fabulous hotel and deal that I jumped at. I have dealt with Katie a few times now and she is professional at her job, always a pleasure to book with x

Feb 19,2025I normally book my flights with them and have no issues. However, this time they really let me down. After this incident, I can no longer trust or recommend them to anyone. I had to purchase another ticket, even after paying £659 for a return ticket. They changed my flight to a day before my return, just 24 hours before the original departure. They claimed they tried calling me, but my UK phone wasn't working, even though we mostly communicated via WhatsApp during the booking process. I only found out about the change when I tried to check in, realizing I had missed my flight. It was too early to contact the agency, so I checked my email and saw they had informed me of the change 15 hours prior. How could they expect me to drop everything at such short notice? At that time, I was in a different city. They rebooked my flight a day earlier instead of later, which made no sense. The agent who booked my ticket said there were no flights on my original date, but at the airport, I found a flight leaving at 6 AM instead of the 3 AM flight I was supposed to be on. The Turkish Airlines agents tried to get me on that flight, but Travel House had already closed my booking. Their supervisor, Davis, accused me of missing my flight on purpose and said I should always keep an eye on my email. He didn't admit their mistake and refused to help. The supervisor was rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of customer service. I had to stay in the country for three more days to gather enough money to buy a return ticket. This experience happened in June 2024, and it took me a while to write this review. Please, do not use them. While they may be good for paying for tickets in installments, when situations like this arise, they leave you stranded and don't care about their customers.

The staff are excellent especially Sophie who was professional and did all the paperwork for the cruise which is usually a nightmare . Other staff members like Chris who made sure we were all sitting together on the plane It’s the first time I’ve booked with this company but it certainly won’t be the last

Feb 17,2025The agent I dealt with was extremely helpful, I came in with a holiday request that was quite bespoke. A trek along the inca trail to machu pichu. She was amazing! She found contacted a specialist travel company called Intrepid and put together a plan for me. I'm travelling as a solo female, she made sure everything was in place to meet my specific needs. I have used Travel House and they are the only travel company I would use. You get a personal service which is always professional. Extremely happy
