I am fussy, I admit it, and the team have always taken time to help me get it right and more importantly get the best for my hard earned money! It's about having a company you trust to do right for you and your family, being there to solve problems if they arise. Online is great for some things but having a branch and face to face people you can see, and build a relationship with over years, makes a huge difference (and they have always matched my online prices!)

Feb 17,2025I had originally called in a week previously and saw Ruby. We had discussed a holiday to Thailand for myself and my husband but I didn't book that day. I returned yesterday after having seen a deal posted on Facebook, and by the time I went back in to find more about it, Ruby had messaged me to say that she thought it was perfect for what I was looking for! Really impressed that she had remembered, and the whole time I was with her yesterday she was really helpful and patient. I couldn't have asked for a better service.... Very happy 😊
