Aug 23,2017I ordered holees when they arrived they didn't fit my son so I sent them back at my own cost. I asked for the next size up to be sent out instead of a refund. They got posted out as soon as they got the small fitting one back. I can't complain about the whole process. I did ask a man on their chat if sizes were true sizing and he said yes but I have to disagree as my son is only just in size 1 and he needs a size 2. Other than that brilliant.

Aug 22,2017On the plus side, I do like tReds’ return system, where you can purchase a return label for a modest sum at the time of ordering. Less positively, I regret that I needed to use it: the boots I ordered came in a wide fitting, which I had not ordered and was not expecting and which was much too loose for me, so they had to go back. Back to the positives, I will add that my money was very quickly refunded.

Aug 25,2017I went instore and tried on some shoes. They didn't have my size in the ones I wanted so they ordered them for me and delivered them to my house. When they arrived one was obviously very worn, and compared to the brand new one, they looked odd. They shouldn't have tried to sell that pair at all. I have sent them back for exchange, hopefully will get a better pair or I will refund.
