I was dreading this whole process after getting myself in a pickle financially where things were too heavy and money owed was getting close to money coming in. I didn’t know what to expect except a pending doom… but from the very first phone call from Jacqui I was greeted with warmth and a friendly voice and she was super patient and understanding and so easy to talk to. The process from first reading about it was confusing but she explained all options in ways that made it more simple and easy to understand. She is an absolute diamond and such a credit to the company. Down to earth but professional at all times in the same balance.
