I recently lost my job due to funding, and was then unable to pay my regular amount, I contacted Harper and McDermott and again they were totally understanding and so supportive, taking the pressure off me straight away. All that's asked of me is that I keep them updated in any changes in income, job etc.

Sep 27,2024I recently made the difficult decision to call trust deed Scotland.After losing my job after Covid and going on to benefits Credit and Credit cards were an easy option but my debt spiralled out of control.Finally after discussing with my children I made the call.Valerie took my case.She was their for me constantly talking me through the process very empathetic and genuine nothing was a bother even my terrible phone didn’t stop her.It took just over a week as their is a lot of things to do she was always on the end of the phone.Today the final piece is in place and I am hopeful of a bright future without the burden of interest on credit cards and never being able to do the things you should be able to do.I would highly recommend Trust deed Scotland and all who work with them.Valerie is Wonder Woman thank you.Alison.

Sep 27,2024The lady Sharon widely with my case was lovely and made the process so easy. I did think it would be harder to put something like this in place it was days. I put it off for a while as I thought it would be a lengthy and difficult process I was so pleased with how quick and easy it was to put place. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Throughout my initial conversation and dealings with Trust Deed Scotland I dealt with Peter Gemmell and truly can say I've never felt so understood and respected. Peter talked me through every single aspect of the process and always had time for any of my messages and phone calls. He made the process so easy. Debt is never an easy thing to speak about or to deal with but he made me realise how much of an amazing thing what I was doing was. You don't get people like this very often who seem to truly care about their job and the people they work with. I could go on and on, but I truly truly would recommend them.

Sep 25,2024I first thought of it months ago but gaveup. When thing got worse I decided to give it a go. I wish I had done this earlier. Sharon really been very patient and helpful. I was very much hesitant but sharon made sure she asked all the right questions, covered everything. And made sure I get to know all my options and choose the one that suits me best. Unlike others Sharon was not trying to sell me one product or service, but gave me pro's and con's of every option clearly and made me choose the right option.

Sep 25,2024I urge you to pick up the phone and sort your debt out. From the minute I picked up the phone I could feel the weight lift from my shoulders. I can feel the joy returning to my life, my health is getting better. I was drowning before. I was trying to get myself out of debt but the repayments didn’t leave me enough to get by so I would end up borrowing more just to eat. I want to say a massive thanks to Val! It is very overwhelming but Val held my hand through the whole process. She explained things in a very non judgmental, understanding manner. I am very much a visual person so she made sure to repeat things until I fully understood.

Extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. In a space of a few days, I saved over £1k which I am extremely happy with.
