He was always on the other end of the phone when I had any questions. We came up with a great solution which has taken a lot of stress off of me . I really felt like he was there to help me find a way out of all the dept and I was never pressured into something I wasn’t sure about. I did think I was going to have to send credit card statements and lots of other paperwork which I didn’t. I didn’t expect it to be sorted so quick and by the following day. I had felt very stressed at phoning and had been putting it off. When I phoned I was made to feel very at ease and everything was explained very well. I am very appreciative of the calls I have had and how everything is being sorted now.

Oct 01,2024I called trust deed as i was having an issue with payments as I have gone down to half pay, I spoke To Andrew who advised that I could be able to take a payment holiday due to my situation Andrew was amazing at his Job he explained everything I needed to know and really put my mind at rest . Andrew had great manners, he was polite and courteous and was excellent at his Job he made me feel at ease to which I am grateful
