Jan 31,2025The AP was closed down for me and I was charged $199 as if I had completed the will even though I had hardly started filling it out. I can’t contact anyone to reopen the AP so I could continue filling it out. I need that AP reopened and to stay open until I have completed. I am very disappointed and if I could I would give the AP a zero rating!!
