Oct 02,2024When I finally got around to updating our Wills I saw an advertisement on Fox. Once I reached out to Trust and Wills the process was very user-friendly! There follow up with texts and emails was very professional and knowledgeable! Also the price was very reasonable.

Sep 30,2024I am not a high computer literate user. Perhaps I should have not even attempted this procedure to do our will. I thought that there would be more info on the product and the procedures to help get us through the process. I feel that you should have had some basic, easily accessed, helpful examples, and notes to quide users during the various questions, and processes. We got through the process, but had many questions, on did we do this correctly ?and did we follow the correct legal process.?

It was most convenient to go over to my bank (Redwood Credit Union) to get the assistance I needed from a live person to set up my online account.
