Oct 11,2024The initial process of setting up my will / trust appeared to be fairly simple as I do not have a complicated estate. However, there is just so much paperwork or back-up documents that one must create and file that it can be overwhelming for a widowed 70-something trying to do this alone. I am of the mind that it would be easier and more secure/legal for me to just go to a lawyer and have this done correctly. The cost and peace of mind are worth it to me.

Oct 10,2024I was stressing out for years trying to get a will made. Finally found trustandwill.com and i did the whole process online. Once you do the will, you can also get it notarized online, just ask customer support for the website they prefer. It costs another $45ish dollars. I have no more stress about dying! I'm ready to go any time lol!

Oct 09,2024I was not happy with the up dates that are coming out November 2024. The employees I have dealt with were all very professional and helpful. At the beginning, the paperwork looked very simple and something that I definitely needed. It was a very good price because it’s gonna cost me much more now to use an attorney. But because of the changes and everyone I hope will read all of the printed email that was sent out. I do not want to deal with the company. I called and spoke with Jay S. She was wonderful. I was expecting a big argument or fight to get my money returned, but she helped me and made me feel so good. You need more employees like her. Thank you for your offer and I hope the company continues to do well with what it is doing for people but I do not agree with the changes that are coming.

Oct 16,2024I was impressed at how easy it was to get these complicated documents written. The questionnaire format provided was excellent with plenty of guidance along the way. What I wasn’t aware of is the estate plan is far from finished once the documents are created and sent for review. There’s quite a bit more work to do to completion. Asking questions and getting answers was quick, easy and helpful.
