Very convenient and understandable. Much less in cost than a private attorney. An attorney would have been literally ten times the cost.

You pay the full year fee for the will. Do all the work, fill it out, then 3 weeks later they hit you with the renewal... what? How can I have a renewal, I just paid for the year 23 days ago. Then the renewal is once a year after it is once a month. This is dirty and underhanded. They know you'll pay it because you just did the will. I am sure this is in the fine print, but I assure you this is not clear to see this is part of the upfront/initial charge. Shame on you for this lousy business practice. Name anything else that a yearly renewal starts in one month, then every year.

I gave them a great review just changed my mind be careful its a year later an just got charged 19.95$ said I signed up for updates news to me told me I can cancel tried to log in before they took any more was told my password was wrong they would send a reset to my email never got it so be aware of this company
