Sep 03,2024The process was actually much easier than I thought it was going to be. I was afraid to get into it at first, but the website walks you through the whole thing from beginning to end. It asks you the questions that are mostly yes or no answers and before you know it, you’re at the end and it’s done.

Aug 31,2024The paperwork is in good order but only one problem. I bought the whole trust package and according to my county courthouse. It is worthless paper!! I was unaware that in the state of Tennessee the requirements for a trust needs to have an attorney name on it. I was in a rush due to the fact the person in question was on their last breath. Unfortunately none of the paperwork could be used. We were in luck when we found a hand written will in the home. Now I have to pay another 4000 dollars in attorney fees for probate process. A trust that was legal in my state would have saved the long probate process.

Aug 30,2024It would seem my documents were not reviewed. I indicated that one individual should specifically receive no consideration. The listing of that individual was nonsensical. I was charged twice for shipping of the documents. The service of creating my will was not worth the amount it cost me.
