Aug 29,2024Easy process but that’s only until you get the documents. Signing them at notary; that’s a charge, and an appointment to be made, making and filing a quit claim deed (not advised to do it yourself) that’s another charge with another company! Actually funding the trust….headache. Add all those “extra charges” you thought you were avoiding?…should have gotten ourselves a real lawyer to walk us through the process until completion. All charges and time invested were not fully explained before you pay.
