Aug 22,2024In my case, this was the second time I was creating my will. My wife had suddenly passed earlier this year so a lot of what I had referencing her was no longer valid. That said, it was quite easy to update what I had as a basic document, inputing new key elements and family members as executors. Completing then updates on my will ended up being an easy task at a trying time.

Aug 22,2024I went through the whole process of using their online tool for writing up a trust and will. I found it very easy to use and felt it covered all the bases. At the end I found that my finished product wasnt able to handle so of the ore complicated aspects of my real estate holdings so i ended up getting a refund which they gave to me with no hesitation. I am very pleased with the company overall and give them 5 stars for customer satisfaction at all levels. ease of use, service, promptness of response and product usefulness.

Regarding the Last Will & Testiment a brief training video on how to use / navigate the software perhaps dealing with your common issues / questions / customer mistakes would be nice. b. Regarding the Advance Health Care Directive / Living Will it would make it alot easier if you put a line ( ___ ) next to all paragraphs that if desired should be initialed vs those that need not be initialed. c. Regarding the phone call with the lawyer I read somewhere the lawyer would give me a line by line review however I felt a little rushed and no where near a line by line review. This is why I didn't give out a score of 4stars.
