Oct 04,2022Do not recommend this company! Bought a tufting gun and a rug clipping machine. Tried cancelling the rug clipping machine. They never responded, but okay, I did make the order. I received the gun and clipper. The gun is good, but was lacking instructions. The clippers were used and damaged (and the maintenance oil empty). I was not informed I was buying a used item. I tried to contact the company, but again no response. After several attempts I got an answer and a link to how the return it. No comments on the conditions of the clipper. They received my return on September 12th and they said I would receive the money within 14 days. I did not. After nearly 1 month (and many e-mails from my part) I received the money. ….and just now I received a reply to my cancellation of order that I send 2 months ago. 🤦🏼♀️ This company is in serious need of some intern communication and costumer services. I will NOT be buying from them again.

Jun 09,2022Ik had het verkeerde apparaat besteld, dus had hiervoor een mail gestuurd met de vraag of ik dit kon wisselen. Dit was geen enkel probleem en werd zodra het kon ook gedaan. Top service!

Jun 04,2022Stond al langer op mijn verlangslijstje, workshop tuften! De prijs hield me helaas altijd al wel een beetje tegen, maar deze keer was het kort dag en dacht ik, give it a try! Steffie gaf fijn uitleg, we waren met een klein clubje dus hadden ook alle tijd en we gingen als een speer. Al met al een geslaagde dag met een leuk kleedje! Maar nog steeds moet ik zeggen dat de prijs voor de workshops goed betaald zijn, omdat je toch heel veel zelf doet en het enige wat je gebruikt is een doek, garen en het apparaat.

May 11,2022Veröffentlichen automatisch private Daten bei einem einzigen Click in einer Mail, wo gebeten wurde ein Produkt zu bewerten. Die Bewertung kann man selbst nicht mehr löschen, jeder Versuch Kontakt aufzubauen wird gekonnt ignoriert.

Le SAV est réactif et efficace, tout est fait pour que ce soit simple et notamment au niveau des retours articles. J'enlève une seule étoile car j'ai reçu un gun de couleur différente de ce que j'avais commandé.
