Mar 02,2023Had an issue with a tufting gun that I had bought half a year earlier (cracking handle), and they responded very quickly. They sent out a replacement at no extra cost which I received a couple days later. I had only just dropped my old one off to ship back as I found an email saying the new one had been shipped out.

Feb 09,2023I honestly approve this website. The customer service was awesome. My machine works great. The tracking number only gets sent to the customer after it has been picked up by the delivery company so if your tracking is late don’t worry I had that problem. I live in the Netherlands. My delivery came within three working days which I find is amazing. Buy products that have high stock count just to be safer.

My tufting gun is working perfectly, frame grippers are great and all other stuff aswell. Also in both packages there was a gift waiting for me :) Can't imagine better shop for tufting.
