Feb 03,2025We have used Tugo for the past 4 years (annual policy) because they were recommended by our broker and their prices were good. The test comes with a claim and they were great. Some of our receipts were hand written in Spanish but we got a full payout. And, the bonus is the MyFlyt flight delay insurance that comes free with your policy. Just benefited again tonight. When our flight was 2 hours late leaving we got a text and email asking if we wanted a lounge pass or cash. Took the cash and chose transfer and the money was in our bank account in minutes. Slick. Third time we have had a benefit under this insurance.

I didn't give 5 stars because of the months it took, which caused me concern about whether the costs would be covered or how much I would need to pay. It simply came down to the deductible in the end, which was great. I would recommend them.

Sep 06,2024Tugo your policies are so bad for supervisa insurance and you only want to not pay the claims. DO NOT BUY Supervisa insurance via Tugo. You want Visitor to talk in English even tho they come from asian country. Your agent are very rude and racists to consumers. Claims opened on time and hospital fax you and never send bill to travelers as they might just stay in AirBnB for week but you want the bill to be sent in written when consumer will never get bill before they travel. After send the bill and reason you deny simply as it took more time. Have something called as good faith.

Just used it again - our flight was delayed by over two hours, and we got a message offering either a lounge pass or cash. Chose the cash option, and the money was in our account within minutes. This is the third time we've taken advantage of this benefit, and it's always been quick and easy. Definitely recommend!
