Feb 08,2024I cannot recommend TuGo enough from the perspective of a broker! The coverages that TuGo offers are far superior than their competitors and often TuGo's premiums are a lot less as well! The team at TuGo, especially Kristina are incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They have gotten me out of a few tricky situations and provide prompt and courteous service for me and my clients. A huge thank you to Kristina for the help multiple times now.

Feb 08,2024From the time that my trip was in jeopardy, due to Visa problems, and being advised by my broker, to keep all the required documents in order before I called or contacted Tugo was what made this happen quickly. Once I contacted, submitted my claim and spoke just to two individuals from Tugo, everything flowed thru very smoothly and I rec'd my payment in less than a month

Feb 08,2024I made my claim online, and Tugo sent me a claim form to sign and mail back. It was an easy process to complete, and took about 5 weeks to receive payment for the full claim amount. There were Xmas and New Year's holidays during that time, I think any other time of year, and it probably would have completed a little sooner.

Jan 16,2024I was insured with TuGo when I developed a health issue. I was planning on travelling, I notified them of the recent issue. They told me I was still insured with that exception because it was too recent. I took my trip to Europe and ended up in a hospital emergency department. I had bronchitis. On my return I filed my claim. I was concerned because I had not contacted TuGo before I went to the hospital and also thought they might try and tie it in my my recently diagnosed condition ( which I understand many companies do). They fully reimbursed me in a matter of weeks. I had read many glowing reviews about them online. I will add my praise to those.

Jan 13,2024My experience with TuGo last summer (May 28, 2023 to August 1, 2023) was my first experience with this Company. It was a recommendation by my brother, which led me to TuGo. From the time of purchasing my insurance, the staff was very competent, knowledgeable and prompt in returning telephone inquiries. This applied with correspondence, as well. A claim was made and TuGo processed this expediently and kept me apprised on its status regularly. In summary, I would highly recommend TuGo.

Jan 06,2024Tu Go are very easy to reach, helpful staff and expedient end results! My husband had health issues when traveling to KL. We reached out to Tu Go and never waited on hold more then 2 to 3 minutes! Staff were always pleasant, helpful and appeared to be concerned. We couldn’t have managed to get my husband back safely and comfortably to Canada without their help. We will be forever grateful! I will never travel again without getting extra insurance from Tu Go. It will give me peace of mind. I have already recommended to friends and family. Don’t bother looking elsewhere honestly!

Jan 06,2024My mum came to Canada from the UK last July we used Tugo for the first time. A few days after she arrived she showed signs of covid and ended up at emergency and then a 5 day stay in hospital I have to say Tugo were fabulous they totally took over the bill for the hospital which was pretty large! I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone travelling

Dec 15,2023Reached out to the toll-free number to submit a claim as one of the flights for my trip to Vietnam had been impacted. Got quickly transferred to a representative who kind, well informed and incredibly helpful in processing. Completed the paperwork the day I recieved it and was able to get payment prior to departure. This was greatly appreciated as it ensured the trip could go-on. Will forever use TUGO as my provider. Thanks again.

Dec 04,2023My wife and I have had medical situations that required claims on our travel insurance at Tugo. In both cases, the people we talked to were extremely helpful, and our claims were handled in a timely manner. We were given full approval in both cases. We have shopped around but always come back to Tugo.

Et ils ne prenne pas en charge ni le medecin ni les médicament. Génial. Je me demande a quoi sert cette assurance 🤔🤔🤔

Nov 15,2023We had an excellent response from TuGo when my husband was badly burned in Florida in April, 2023. I received a claim number immediately and all our emergency care at two hospitals and prescriptions were fully covered. The TuGo staff were efficient and very kind during this extremely stressful event. We will most certainly stay with them for Insurance Coverage.

Nov 15,2023Our group of four had planned and purchased a scotland golf tour this summer. We had purchased a TUGO travel policy in spite of insurance / trip disruption coverage we already had with our credit cards AND our airline! Long story short, our airline delayed flights to europe, causing us to miss the first two days of our tour. Requests to our airline (as they had caused the pro lem) were met with a canned response that they accepted no fault. Our credit card company said the same. I had expected to get the same runaround from TUGO (first experience) but in fact received prompt and professional service. Our claim was satisfied and we were reimbursed in full. My thanks go to TUGO for standing behind their product. Wish I could say the same about the airline!

Nov 15,2023Tugo responded quickly when I had a claim and kept me well informed as it was processed by the medical clinic I visited while on holiday in the United States. I really like that I can purchase or renew my policy either online or with an agent who lives in my city. I’ve done both with excellent results. Tugo also has the lowest rates I’ve been able to find.
