Sep 20,2023When I put my order in the cost was just over £50 and it flagged up on my screen in green writing Free Postage but when I checked out I was charged I complained to your customer service who told me I would need to spend over £100 for free postage.

Sep 18,2023Ordered 3 items through website, all showing in stock. Delivery estimated 3-5 days, cost an extra £5, which is high compared to other retailers. Waited a week and heard nothing. Messaged them about delay, not even posted as one of the items out of stock and “due in later that week”! I opted for a full refund, ordered from Axminster and received all items next day. Suffice to say that Turners have lost my custom.

Sep 18,2023Customer service in terms of stock availability excellent. Web site very slow and tempremental to the point I nearly gave up and considered phoning the order in. Goods. On the barometer I purchased, the centre fixing on the needle on the front glass was that tight I had to resort to pliers to turn it. The new (to me) fixing method, ue, the plastic ring is excessively fiddly. Timber,. The Ash supplied was absolutely superb!. The Chestnut which was supposed to be 7inch diameter was cut from a board which was clearly only 6.5inches wide, and thus had 2 flat edges. Fortunately I managedto adapt my design to get the project to work.
