Oct 14,2023I have a crush grind pepper mill that broke when it was dropped. Turners retreat supplied the part I could not get from Denmark as they won't export outside EU. Price was good and delivery prompt. Expensive peppermill repaired!

Oct 13,2023I recieved all my purchases before the suggested delivery date (three days before) i had a problem with a clock i ordered it arrived without its rubber holding band i phoned and explained the problem i recieved the band by post next day with a with compliments slip and no charge
