I have never done anything like this before but everything was explained and demonstrated. Mike was always there if I needed help . Just a great day worth every penny and you come out with 3 pens you have made to keep or for presents .

Oct 19,2023Poor communications, charge me postage when should have been post free & didn't answer emails. I received an email from Turners Retreat unfortunately I cannot find a way to reply to their reply. According to Turners Retreat I was charged postage as I apparently live in the highlands of Scotland. I do not! I am south of Glasgow which is part of the uk mainland and not an island. Please review!
