May 14,2020I ordered a bottle of the Lambrusco Grasparpssa Di Castelvetro for my wifes Birthday and was called not long after the purchase as I made a mistake with the delivery option. I found the person I spoke with to be very polite and helpful. After the mix up I received my bottle of Lambrusco very quickly - I was then contacted again to say they have sent out 2 bottles of wine due to a mix up (probably because I messed up the initial delivery option), they kindly said I can have the other bottle for free. A fantastic business that I will definitely buy from in the future.
