Jul 19,2020If you crave fabulous customer service then look no further than Twisted Cellar. I recently ordered a bottle of Gin for my wife's birthday. It was a VERY late decision and the order was placed late afternoon/early evening the day before the birthday. I added a comment that it was for my wife's birthday and lo and behold, the next morning there was a knock on the door. I was greeted by a lovely young smiling lady whom had delivered the bottle for me in time for the birthday. It was in a bottle bag along with a hand written Happy Birthday message. Fabulous. The fact that I live about 8 miles from the shop is irrelevant, the personal touch attention to detail and timing has put Twisted Cellar top of my 'go to' places to purchase special gifts in the future.
