I ordered the wrong size based on Quicksilver's size guide (not two seasons' fault). I was able to return the product despite not having the original packaging and was told I would be given a refund

Ordered two T-shirts and had to send one back as wrong size, got proof of postage but Two Seasons are saying they never received the item back and are refusing to refund. Used this store in person for years but never will again, all for the sake of £22. Shocking. Avoid as it’s not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

Spent £200 on clothes from this website, big mistake! The items never arrived and after a long battle with customer services they refused to reimburse me. 20 hours of work down the drain, absolute joke!
Bought coat that was too small so I sent it back without problems and bought the larger size. Very happy with service, delivery and refund.
Bought some waterproof snowboots in December for a trip to Finland in March. Unfortunately, the first day I wore them the sole came away from the uppers! On my return I read reviews regarding customer service so didnt hold out much hope for any help or financial recourse. However, I was pleasantly surprised so felt I had to give credit where credit is due as its all to easy to complain. I got an immediate response to my email and subsequently got a refund without even asking. I was expecting a long drawn out 'battle' but was pleasantly surprised. I felt this was extremely good customer service so cannot fault the outcome. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others on the back of their response. I would also like to mention that my travelling companion had bought the same boots and didnt have any problems with them so must've been a dodgy pair!

They think it’s acceptable to say that they are ‘not in on Saturdays’ to accept returns from Royal Mail and hence the returns got lost an no refunds available…. Despite tracking an signatures available !!!!! Shame on you !!!
Ordered an item online. Wrong item sent. (Same name but totally different design) when I asked if I could return this for free. They continually said no. The emails went back and forth with images sent but they still refused to pay for me to return the unwanted wrong item!? Terrible.
I was initially really disappointed my return was sent back to me as it was out of the returns period even though this was a Christmas gift. But Tish was ready helpful, responded quickly and gave me an alternate solution which was much appreciated. Thanks Tish!
The only company I've used that send a 'brand new' deck with no box and no shrink wrap. It just arrived in a black bin bag with some bubble wrap. I know this isn't normal as I've bought a number of decks from the same line using different websites and they've all arrived wrapped in plastic, labelled and in a box. The board itself is in good condition but it was bought as a gift so coming with no packaging whatsoever just makes it look second hand or ex display. Bit disappointing.
Unfortunately bought a xmas present in the Two seasons sale which didn't fit. Unable to return after xmas. Should have read the returns policy closer. Lesson learnt wont do that again. Tried customer services direct ....computer says no
Ordered a wallet in the Black Friday sales to replace my ageing Billabong wallet. Two colour options, black or navy. There was no image on the website of the navy, only black, but seeing as I have owned the navy version I thought it would be fine. Turned up and it was half navy, half tan. Only when I went to set up a return did I realise that there is no free returns and I wouldn't be refunded the initial postage either! Yes, I should have read the return fine print. Yes, I could have contacted to find out more details. Yes, Two Seasons could at least provide images and a few details on their website to give people an idea about exactly what they will get!
Please take note of all these negative reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with my order but after 4 days my items were cancelled and refunded with no explanation. It really does seem to be pot luck whether you’ll actually get your order with this company!
I purchased some branded items from this website that were heavily discounted, I read the reviews but decided to go ahead and purchase with PayPal for protection. On Saturday they refunded part of the order out of the blue. I emailed them asking why as the item showed in stock on the website in my size. No response. Today they have refunded me the other half of the order, without covering what I paid in postage. Again, no contact to explain why and the item is still in stock on the website. I have emailed them again. Live chat on the website always shows them as offline. I couldn’t recommend them. I will need to raise a case with PayPal to get the rest of my money back. Edit - they have responded to my email today and refunded me the difference. They explained computer problems and stock not updating for the issues. Will improve my rating to 3.
Just as the "Daddy Beee" experience told in one comment below about Paypal and comments....: he motivated me to make the purchase. The product I bought was in an excellent price and I knew the brand and quality so decided to give it a try. The product was in clearance and it was the last item in its size, so it didnt surprise me it did have some details between the only main one is the internal pocket elastic is quite a bit loose. Still for the price and quality it's worth it 1000%, but the store could have written that in the description. I'll deffo check another products of them for future purchases.
What a deal! I got brilliant discounted Billabong clothes and I am over the moon that everything fits perfectly so I don't have to deal with returns. Happy customer. I have to say it's super rare that I write reviews, but this service, genuine quality clothes and promt delivery, which was for free was just great. Sweet, thanks!
Shockingly bad service, non-existent in fact. Selling used products as brand new products when theyre not! Oakleys turned up looking like the dog had had them. Ignored me for days and then just gave me a load of excuses. Be warned these guys are not to be trusted!

Apr 21,2023Ordered a Jacket for holiday from this company as they were the only place that had it stocked in the UK and could get it to me ontime. The jacket in question was double the price of other retailers I might add, but I was in a pinch. Today I receive the package to find out they’ve sent a completely different jacket in the same colour, It is now too late to do anything about it and I will have to return the item AT MY OWN COST. To receive a refund for my mistake, tragic service wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using them again.
