I wanted to buy some books 2 years ago from Buyee but it couldn’t be shipped to my country. So when I found TwoTreeTeam, I was thrilled. Communication is very clear, which is great, and the person who helped me, who was named Alan, was a very polite guy :) I found the shipping costs to be reasonable, considering that my items were shipped super quickly. Additionally, Alan left a nice little note for me with my package, which I still keep at the back of my iPad to this day :^D So yeah, I recommend this, I was very satisfied with my experience hahaha

Alan was very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. He was able to respond without delay and the deal was made smoothly. Two Tree Team's service was super quick and very easy! I've never really worked with a proxy for foreign purchases, but they made the process super easy. The whole process was very fast and uncomplicated. Within less than 10 days I’ve received my goods from Taiwan to Germany. Alan was my contact person and he’s been very kind and gave me a clear overview of all steps. I can just recommend their services.

Communication was fabulous and the process from start to finish was a breeze. However I wish they would have confirmed the address with you because I thought I had the right primary address on PayPal and on my invoice yet my package was still sent to my mother’s address instead.

I had been looking for some time online to try to complete a set of vintage hardback comic books for my son. However the only listings I could find were in Taiwan. I did some research and the name TwoTreeTeam came up and I read good reviews and decided to take a leap of faith and try them. Alan gave me an exceptional level of customer service. He went out on a limb and even found the final missing book to complete my son's collection. This involved him communicating with a seller on a Yahoo Auction site and asking after this particular book, which the seller in fact had. The pricing was very fair for the amount of time Alan put in and the postage costs from Taiwan to Singapore were reasonable. I opted for the cheapest and it only took 12 days to arrive and was well packed. I highly recommend TwoTreeTeam, very trustworthy and honest. I am one happy customer and will use them again!

Took about 2 weeks for them to get everything and another 2 weeks or something for it to arrive. All in all pretty quick everything came secured and safe to me and I didn't have to pay a lot of import duties. This service is great! 5/5!

This company provides very reliable services for ordering products from Taiwan. In my experience, everything went very smoothly right from the beginning till the end.
