Alan was really patient and accommodating with my requests, it's only due to sellers' complication that things got dragged out for a bit. Above that, I got my package relatively fast and secured. Will not hesitate to use their service again.

Mar 25,2021I've made two purchases through Two Tree Team - both times I ordered from multiple Shopee.tw sellers. In both cases, it took ~3 weeks from first inquiry to receiving my package (would have been faster if not for some stocking issues with my first order and some back-and-forth communication with the second order which was slowed down by the time difference). Pricing is fair and transparent. I plan on continuing to use TTT in the future.

Fast and friendly response, kept me informed at every step, even sent me messages when it was evening and the weekend in Taiwan. Perfect English. Funds transfer via PayPal. Promptly bought the item from the seller and sent it on without delay. Provided an unboxing video to ensure I was happy that the item was as described by the seller. My item was well packaged and delivered to me (undamaged) in Europe in less than a week using SF-Express. A smooth transaction from start to finish. Very reasonable fee. Professional and trustworthy, I highly recommend using their service if you want to buy an item from Taiwan.

Feb 04,2021I live in germany and I wanted to buy an used item (~120$) from shopee.tw . Unfortunately I neither speak chinese nor does this site send their goods to germany, so I decided to approach Two Tree Team to buy the item for me. Their service was always perfect, they speak fluent english and the contact over Email was always fast and very trustworthy. They charge very fair prices and I recieved my item faster than I expected. Payment with PayPal was also possible. Overall I can strongly recommend Two Tree Team to anyone who wants to buy any stuff from Taiwan and I hope they will recieve enough customers to maintain their great business!
