Jan 08,2022Just received my order today and I'm very happy with it. My items were packed carefully, so even though the box was damaged on the long journey, the items inside arrived safely. We had some technical difficulties with communication at first, but Alan made sure to respond quickly to all emails. I was also informed of all fees upfront, so I knew what I could expect to pay. Alan kept me up to date on the progress of my order, and supplied a tracking number as soon as the parcel was shipped. It didn't take long to arrive, even during the end-of-year holidays. I look forward to shopping with Two Tree Team again!

They provided me updates of the items I purchased. The shipping was quick. The package and items inside came in great condition. The material was packaged in great care so that it wouldn't get damaged during transit.
