Very thorough, responsive, and reliable service! They really want out of their way to make sure I received my shipping at the best price, and kept in communication with me within 12-24hrs of me messaging them back and forth in conversation. I first contacted Two Tree Team to help me order sportswear from a Taiwanese Brand that could not deliver to Australia. The same day, and it was a Sunday, one of their representatives, Alan, got back to me to answer my queries. I was really surprised to receive a reply on the weekend, as usually businesses don't reply on weekends. Everything went smoothly, and Alan was very helpful, understanding, and responsive in replying to my emails and in providing updates regarding the parcel. Alan shipped the items really fast and shipped the parcel through EMS, one day after receiving it from the seller in Taiwan. The shipping itself took a bit longer than expected, which was NOT any of the Two Tree Team's fault, as there was a massive delivery delay in Australia due to an increase in parcel numbers and due to the current COVID19 situation. The parcel arrived here in Australia safely, the packaging was good and bubble wraps were provided. I am really happy and satisfied with the service Two Tree Team provided. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to shop from Taiwan. I would happily use their service again in the future!

Two Tree Team (Alan) were great they took care of everything. I live in Australia and was trying to purchase a collectable video game from Taiwan. I contacted 3 agents to help with purchase and shipping of item. Two Tree Team was quick torespond. (same day) The other two took more than a day to respond and when your trying to get collectables like that they dont last long but Two Tree Team were right onto it. They reserved my item so it was no longer available to purchase. They sent me an invoice which i paid and they took care of the rest. My item was delivered packed well. I highly recommend them if wanting to purchase from Taiwan.

This is the 1st time I used their “help me buy and ship” services. I would say that Alan was very attentive and professional. Updates was promptly provided. The parcel arrived well packed and in good condition. Will use their service again! Excellent work and thank you two tree team

Loved their service! When ordering from several sellers at once, Two Tree Team helped me find what I wanted when some items I requested were unavailable. Then they got my things to me in great time and shape (for these times, for sure)!
