I've used the Two Tree Team proxy service 3 times now. Once in early 2021 and twice last month. Using them has meant I can be merchandise by a kpop artist that would have been impossible to find elsewhere. The whole purchasing experience was really smooth and Alan responded to my emails very quickly. I will definitely be using their services again in the very near future.

Communication with the agent was great. Pricing was very upfront; you can get a quote with different shipping options and pricing and you can choose whether or not to order based on the options they offer. Tracking was easy and my package arrived quite quickly, only took a few weeks for the package to get from SK to Taiwan to the US. Very efficient team. Would definitely use their service again!

I was very surprised how smoothly the process went. I thought I was gonna have to jump through several hoops to have them order my item from Taiwan but that wasn't the case. They are very fast to respond, friendly, and also quick to have your item ordered and shipped. 10/10

It was a pleasant shopping experience with the TwoTree team. Alan usually replies very soon and patiently clarify the shipping details to the customer. He took some time to communicate with the seller to check if the goods were still in stock or not. It took seven days for them to receive the items from the seller and then five days for me to receive the parcel. They nicely packed the box, and everything is fine, with no damage at all. Once again, I strongly recommend the TwoTree team to those who want to purchase something from Taiwan.

Alan is a great admin of the page, he always listens to my request so that the items will not be broken. Rates are also competitive and shipping is fast. Also replies for inquiries and other things are also good and fast. Also Alan can check which fees/shipping can be lowest and bang for the buck. Got my order after 2 weeks starting from taiwan shopee until here in manila. Thanks.
