The unexpected offer of the reward programme was a welcome surprise, and as I’d had a positive experience, I was happy to promote the reward programme and possibly earn a reward for referrals.

Jun 20,2021I've been using tyroola to calculate tyre cost for various project's. I decided to put them to the test they passed with flying colours. I ordered my tyres received notifications and it went like clockwork seems I didn't need to be in such a rush but still shows tyroola are great going to be my go to for tyres from now on. Simple order and pay I did check where my tyres where coming from they might take longer to arrive so think about that when you order if youve got time no problems I was on a time frame enjoy fellow tyre purchasers the future is here and it works

May 07,2021Mates Rates is a scam!!! Firstly the tyres are more expensive when using the code, then Tyroola refuses to pay the cashback when the code is used. They won't respond to emails beyond a generic "it takes up to 30 days after the Code is deactivated" meanwhile, I have been waiting for 5 Months. Also, one of the Tyres was defective and needed to be replaced by the tyre shop.

Apr 28,2021There's a button when ordering your tyres which says 'optional' Now when something is optional, generally a person thinks it's not necessary. This button however, is necessary, it tells you the size/load of your tyre. Sooooo, when your tyres arrive and they're the incorrect ones. They will charge you $250 even if you want to swap them for a more expensive tyre. They then charge you again for tyre fitting! The customer service of this company is terrible. We have 3 cars which will all need tyres. Not only have they lost all our business, I will be writing negative reviews everywhere. All this over a button that says 'optional' which in fact should be mandatory.
