I ordered my tyres through Tyroola. They were significantly cheaper than other local suppliers. The fitter did a great wheel alignment as well as washed the car for me. Top service.

I purchased four tyres from Tyroola, using my vehicle registration to check the tyre fitting size. After making the payment, I realized that the website had provided the incorrect tyre size. The tyres arrived unwrapped, merely thrown into the delivery truck. When I contacted Tyroola to explain the mistake and offered to purchase the correct tyres, they refused to accommodate my request, instead demanding $165 to return the tyres. This is unacceptable given that the total cost for the four tyres was nearly $366. Their website's recommendation system is confusing and evidently flawed. A reputable company would double-check the registration and compatibility before dispatching the tyres. I followed the same process for a previous purchase without issue, yet this time, Tyroola refused to listen and seemed intent on squeezing out the last dollar from their customers. This is a clear money grab, showing no regard for customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from Tyroola. It's better to pay a bit more at a local tyre shop where customer service is prioritized. I intend to lodge a complaint with the ACCC about their hostile policies and lack of understanding. Companies like Tyroola, operating with such disregard for their customers, should not be allowed to continue these practices.

Buying wasn’t an issue but they don’t honour their warranty terms. Will ask for pics, forms and inspection reports but then they decline the warranty claim saying it’s the customer’s fault. I bought Pirelli’s and one of the tyre had a bulged sidewall after 7 months. Tyroola refused to exchange the tyre. Stay away from this company if you can.
Ordered tyres and had them fitted. The tyres were completely different from what I ordered. Tyroola said bad luck and told me I should’ve checked them before they were fitted. Be aware the images they use are nothing like what they actually send you. Scammers.
Quite possibly the dodgiest of companies going around. Just wait until you have paid for a service which doesn’t match up to what’s being advertised. Buyer beware: the tyres they recommend you won’t necessarily suit your car, regardless of putting in the tyre size, load and speed ratings. They also send an email promising to check the suitability, but don’t bother - they don’t even check your car model make and year, nor the photos of your current tyres. They don’t fulfil their duty of care to check them so you’ll end up begging for a refund, which will be not the full amount you’ve paid (they’ll deduct courier fees and more unless you give them another order). Go with a reputable local tyre fitter who provides advice, exercises duty of care and won’t rip you off.
There's a high chance 1 (or 2) out of 4 tyres will be damaged on arrival. Both side walls were damaged and since I drove away after the fitment, their warranty finding is always that it was impact related. So they will always fall back on that. Don't bother with the warranty claim, you'll never get your money back or tyre replaced, just an excercise they like to have to waste your time. Be diligent and check the tyres before installation since it changes hands at least 3 times before being fitted and they can offer cheap tyres because they are at least 2 years old. Nevermind the potential of a blowout on a freeway, they actually just don't care and rid themselves of all responsibility. Losing so many customers is their strength, all for 44 dollars. Read the other reviews, same old story and same old reply. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a shop and talk face to face with someone. Please don't reply and save your BS response for the next sucker, it's absolute drivel.

Went very smoothly and tyres were delivered to All Tyre and Mechanical at Seven Hills who fitted the tyres purchased with speed and professionalism. Overall a very pleasant experience with the tyre purchase and the guys at the fitting station at Seven Hills. No regrets at all with the whole process. Well done guys!!!!
i thought i was way in front by buying tyres from Tyroola, it made sense the prices where cheap compared to physical tire stores. They had no retail rents / overheads so I was saving BIG mistake. They also has NO responsibility unlike a Retail physical store; I had issues with 2 new tires (one completely out of balance and the other leaking on the seams) So what happened when I lodged a warranty complaint (before fitting them on new alloys to my car) ? Absolutely Nothing.. I sent emails asking for assistance /rectification and got Nothing in response.. Yes that's the difference between waiting for an email response compared to going back to the retail store and getting things sorted Face to Face... Never Again .. forget the 10c in saving... Everything's good until something doesn't go right.. Sure Tyroola doesn't make the tires But that's not the point .. the point I was their customer and they couldn't care less.. Just another number... stick to your local physical store and barter a little you probably get the same price as this online mod offer anyway
Do not buy your tires from tyroola. they suck at making sure your tires are delivered on time. my newest set of tires were supposed to have been delivered to my house for mobile fitting on monday, but they told me the mobile fitter that they stuck me with was unavailable until next monday. as I work from my car doing deliveries, I was forced to take the initiative and waste my own time and money to find a spare tire just to get to the store itself to fit the tires directly.
If I could give negative stars I would, not only do they advertise stock they don’t have. When you request a refund they do not deliver and ignore messages! Do not under any circumstances order from here. I have had to send a report to afterpay to retrieve my money as emails to this company are being ignored!
purchased a set of Tyres for my Ute, 1 was faulty and had the side wall blow out on the highway. Sent it for warranty claim and received a 1-line response it had properly been ran flat. After i challenged that response, they changed it to it was punctured although the fitting station inspected it and stated that there were no signs of a puncture. Tyroola could not provide any evidence of a puncture but would not accept the warranty claim either. Would not deal with them again.
I’ve purchased the tyres and it says to be delivered and fitted the same day. Then I received an email mid day saying the tyres are out of stock. Why will you put things in your website that don’t even exist? Such a waste of time.
Avoid at all cost!! buy from a shop and avoid the headaches. customer service is terrible. all gave same BS reply. Tyres were so late, courier took 2 days to deliver even though they knew the urgency. had to be delivered at mechanics by 5pm but arrived at 5:40pm and then left tyres out front of the shop without having a leave unattended authority. no care factor on anyones behalf would give negative stars if that was a possibility
DONT BECOME A FITTING PARTNER OF TYROOLA. THEY NEVER PAY THEIR INVOICES. WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS EXCUSES AND PROMISES, HOWEVER NO PAYMENT. YOU CANT CONTACT THEM OVER THE PHONE. THEY JUST TAKE MESSAGES AND NEVER RETURN CALLS. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.
