Mar 25,2021MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE OFFERS. Ordered tyres and convinced friends to sign up after seeing the advertised "Mates Rates" offer on Tyroola. Prior to my friends purchasing we clarified with the online support that we ALL receive the discount if we purchase together. Tyroola has now reneged on their previous statement and is now refusing to provide the discount to my referees. My friends are now forced to pay full price when their only incentive to purchase in the first place was the discount offered, despite us having transcripts of them stating we all receive the same deal. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR 'OFFERS'.

Oct 18,2020I ordered 4 tyres and fitment at Tyroola. After 4 days they stated that the tyres were delivered to the fitter, but the fitter said he didn't receive the tyres. We were 2 weeks waiting to find my tyres, before I requested a refund, which hasn't been attended by Tyroola. I needed to execute a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. These guys haven't delivered the service I paid for, kept my money for a month and put in risk the safety of my family. We had to travel extra 3000 km with the tyres in bad condition because of the incompetence of Tyroola. So annoying. Avoid them!

Sep 26,2020Order no TY646615399 I needed new tyres fitted yesterday to visit my Mum an hour away today, in the wet weather. I placed the online order as it said delivery and fitting would be yesterday. Now they are not responding to my emails or phone calls, so i had to book a local tyre place this morning. I wait a response as have not much money and need a refund ASAP... their website says you can cancel if the tyres have not yet been delivered, which is what i did.

Apr 02,2021I ordered 2 sets of 2 tyres in 2020 and early 2021. They advertise "mates rates" prices which means if your friends buy, then your tyres become cheaper, but I did not receive any link to accomplice such a thing. After 2000kms 1 tyre needed replacing. The last set of the same tyres I had lasted me over 24,000kms and in 40 years of driving I have never had a dodgy tyre so new. They offered warranty but declined it and gave me some run around BS. Buy local, do not waste your time with these guys. It ended up costing me $100 MORE for 4 tyres and I would have supported some local people and not some big company that does not back up its products.
