Mar 08,2019I am so pleased that after a lot of digging and research, I finally stumbled upon Ucraft. I needed a website builder that was intuitive and easy to use, I needed it to be free for an unlimited amount of time, so that I could decide to buy, once I was comfortable with the builder itself and once I was confident in the quality of the support available and that I would receive timely responses, despite being based in the UK and not in the US. I am extremely pleased, I was able to build my website completely for free, just as advertised, I was also able to connect the domain name that I already owned, without any further charge and I was even able to enable my site to have an SSL certificate, again, with no extra charge, quite simply just by clicking on a few buttons in settings that were clearly labelled. I used the online chat support service, several times throughout the process and have been pleasantly surprised by the speediness of the response, within a few minutes and also, the clarity of the guidance. I am still tweaking my website and I hope to enable a facebook feed and maybe dabble with a bit of e-commerce, for that I will have to upgrade to a pro website package but I feel that is priced accessibly for a very small business such as mine and now I have had enough time to experience the website builder itself, I feel confident in upgrading. I think it is excellent, that this company actually enables you to have an online web presence for free with a full online chat support service too. I am so happy that I have found a new website builder that I can trust, after my last website builder was bought out and the support service deteriorated and I had to leave. Well done Ucraft, keep up this excellent work and a massive thank you from a very relieved and delighted small business owner.

The site builder is easy to use and has some really useful elements for users. For me its the best site builder with a free plan service!

Feb 23,2019The best support possible. Live chatting, they look into even the smallest issues with your website, and hosting within minutes. +Excellent platform. The website builder is easy and very customizable. +They allow you to connect your custom domain with free account. +The only point I can mention on the downside is the ad floating (in the free account) is quite intrusive in mobile sites. Definetely worth using though.

Feb 22,2019It is a great site, the structure is good and pleasing to the eyes and it has a lot of options and gadgets. I was having trouble building the website at first (nothing to do with ucraft, I just lack expertise in this area) and I sent a message to the support team. They were amazing! Yes, I used an exclamation point because they were. They answered all of my questions and knew exactly how to guide me through it in a simple and understandable way. I definitely recommend this site for anything and anyone.

Feb 10,2019Great mix of a starting point and tweak options It gives you a lot of icons, text and shapes to give you a good starting point. You then have the freedom to rotate, enlarge and move the different items, and change the colors. A bit a hybrid between click and ready and designing it yourself. I love it. What would make them even more awesome: - Possibility to mirror items (especially for icons) - Possibility to add paid fonts

Feb 01,2019Oh man! What a life changer. I had been seeking out a free web service that I could use as a portfolio site to get back on the job market. I realize you get what you get what you pay for, but the ability to transfer a domain with their free offering means I can look pro out the gate and eventually get to the premium paid services sooner than later. And let me tell you, with these load speeds (FAST! UNBELIEVABLY FAST), fun tools to quickly design your site and looking at the eCommerce transaction rates (uh.. 0%)...yeah, I know who's getting my money now.

Feb 01,2019Finally! After years of frustrations (and weird fun) with other web-builders and platforms, and I have tried them all, I discover Ucraft and am now in web design heaven! It took about 4 hours to master the whole system which is fast and it takes about an hour to create a really attractive, inter-active website if you have only very basic web design skills. I built my first website around 15 years ago with Dreamweaver and have been pretty obsessive about web design ever since. There isn't much I don't know about commercial web design and Ucraft is quite simply the best platform with the best tools ever! Easy to use, fun and very inexpensive. Utterly recommended. Get chatting to admin and you might even get a discount on the very affordable plans. ;OP

Mar 10,2019I have used several website builders, but for me, Ucraft stand out. their designs are so 2025, it is easy to use and you have the ability to use your own domain. this is awesome. Another important thing is, their customer service, its outstanding, i got assisted on a few issues in a flash and on a Sunday.
