Jul 26,2019It was difficult for me to believe I could make my own web page in a matter of days but Ucraft is very user friendly and they have an amazing support team. They answered all my questions in a few minutes and the overall process of making the webpage was very smooth. I would encourage everyone to give it a try. The website I made was for an NGO that helps abandoned animals in my area find homes. We are getting great responses from our followers about our page and finally we have a nicely organized album of all the adoptable dogs.

Apr 25,2019I had help from Nina and although I must seem like the least tech saavy personin the world, she was extremely patient as well as helpful. I find that a lot of reps do not have this level of patience and she never once made me feel stupid. Had a number of difficulties (not that it's hard to use at all, I just don't know much) and she was always patient. For that reason alone, Ucraft is worth using. Very glad I found it.

Everything is extremely well thought out and I love that you can make design presets, custom blocks and color palettes to use throughout the website. The animations, artwork and layout takes the hassle away from spending countless hours perfecting everything. Highly recommend it to one and all!

Apr 11,2019I'm one of the most difficult to handle customers there is. I know this because of how many salespeople give up after my countless inquiries. UCraft support has provided me with concise answers and they always reply quickly. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was there password protect feature, which asks users for a password for every page. This however isn't a problem for the 99% of users that weren't trying to use it for a different purpose than what it was created for. Every single other thing I've inquired about had some type of solution that didn't force me to compromise. UCraft is the way to go if you're looking for a versatile but extremely easy to use website creator. I've yet to see any website builder who provides the same ease of use at even close to the same price. Shopify is as easy to use (for the most part), but their support is miles behind, most likely due to the drop shipping fad allowing them to do w.e. they want with small customers. Shopify does have more plugins, but there's so many repetitive and useless plugins you end up wasting your time and website functionality with. Honestly the free trial with no credit card information, and free landing page, speak for itself.

She worked with me for several hours trying to get my billing information into the system, setting up the domain name, tying the domain name to my newly created UCRAFT web page, and fixing the SEO. I needed that customer support and she proved quite valuable! I will recommend this company to all of my friends looking to create a web page!
