When you, as the user, encounter an issue, you can count on the Support staff to follow-up rather quickly with meaningful responses. Feb 13,2020I was trying for a very simple website designer but i need high bandwidth and custom url support with minimum cost. Ucraft is the only website builder that gives unlimited bandwidth, multiple pages, custom domain mapping, google analytics in its free plan. - Nothing to pay for all these. Select a template wisely and then use its features you can get almost all the major components in a CMS site for FREE.... Learning curve is there. But all important features are free. Yes it is true.. Only part is, you will still have a watermark that you can remove by just paying $2.99/month. Very very cheap.... Forget wix,wordpress or weebly... this is just what you need.. And they have 24X7 support and you can very easily resolve issues... Well done guys...

Feb 06,2020I love the web platform and template designs. But, this on-going situation knocked me off balance... I had just bought a watermark removable subscription like 2 days ago. I had needed to re-create my website I ask -Ani- about it, she said you can only have one free website. she mention nothing about my subscription would not transfer to my new subdomain. I thought the service was tied to my account or my goddeva.com connected domain.They never responded after I wanted to escalate this to a manager..from now on I will be more cautious. I learned the hard way.🤔 Update 1: The team at Ucraft resolved my situation in a kindly matter. thank you. Re-edit to a 5-star.🌺🌹🌷

One of the best builder interfaces out there, tons of built in features, they actually have a decent free option (unlike just about anyone) and above all: the customer service is AMAZING! If you are considering Wix or Squarespace (or Wordpress or GoDaddy) give these guys a shot.

Jan 04,2020Ucraft has one of the best user-friendly website building platforms with great elements, ease-of-use, look and site loading time. They also offer good packages for eCommerce. However, I will reserve the fifth star for a time when they include email services. Right now they say they don't offer that. So your company has to remain stuck to Gmail, Yahoo or something of the sorts other than @yourcompany. PS. Thanks Ucraft, I like your quick response. Now that you are working on GSuite, why not include Zoho which you always refer us to integrate. GSuite charges a minimum of $6/mo compared to Zoho at Euro 1/mo. and many more comparative features.
