Aug 09,2018Very poor. The software I wanted Dragon 5 was advertised but not available. My money was taken before I was informed. Dragon 6 was offered instead which I accepted. After successfully downloading it, it crashed and refused to reopen. The normal uninstalling and reinstalling failed to improve matters. Although the Company offered support the following day, nothing has been heard since. I have wasted £125 and no one seems the least concerned.

Aug 04,2018It is unacceptable to continue to sell software which is known to be faulty. I bought Dragon Dictate for Mac. It crashes frequently. I subsequently learnt that this is a well know problem.

Jul 26,2018well ive just bought Parallels 9 for mac.I received download link which does not work.Tried for a few days now to contact not only UK TechStore but also Paralels. All i get is a merry go round of recorded voice messages.So what now?? Looks like ive been had..My advice steer clear of this lot...ive read the response below..complete nonsense
