May 07,2018I purchased a software to be delivered via download, only to learn that the download would not be available until the next business day (two days later). There is no option on the website to cancel and return my money in this case. There was nothing during the checkout process explaining that download codes will only be available on the next business day. UPDATE: UkTechStore received my request to cancel the purchase and asked me if I wanted to cancel or proceed with the purchase. Quick and efficient. And asked to cancel.

Mar 16,2018I ordered a malware bytes license, no download, they are not answering. I think it’s a scam wow... EDIT : Problem of mail, apparently they couldn’t reach me with their sales address ! Got my lifetime license working PERFECTLY. If you are not receiving anything, you probably have the same problem for receiving the mail.
