However I recently purchased office 365 and it got so confused I got 365 personal from Microsoft directly and they billed me seperatley. I just spent hours and managed to cancel the subscription to Microsoft and tried to install through UKTechStore but Microsoft keep trying to renew my subscription with them. I don't know how to solve this problem so now I have no office software and cannot install it through UKTechstore. purchse ref. no. 32061 dated 3.10.2017 confused and disappointed
