Mar 13,2021For the longest time I had the best of experiences with this company. They then refused a refund for a pair of shoes my brother bought which they said had been outside. He couldn't even get his feet inside the shoes, there's no way at all they could have gone outside. I don't know if COVID has hit their bottom line or something but chancing their luck like this is a disgrace and massive disappointment from such a good company. I won't be returning to them for further purchases sadly. But to be clear I've had fantastic service elsewhere from them. Just photo anything you send back thoroughly to stop them messing around that way!!

Mar 08,2021Live in Hong Kong, brought a backpack from them. Took 2 weeks from UK to HK, and then for almost 3 weeks no more updates, just said held up by HK services, still waiting... Worst experience ever! Update: got it finally, but not by their effort! The online shop, its logistic partners, are all helpless. And their tracking system failed to show that the real situation of the package, and this misleading information delayed me to take control, which I personally handled it and got my package myself. Talk about "delivered successfully" on their tracking system!

Mar 02,2021I've bought quite a few things from Ultralight now. Their selection of kit is great, and even when stuff's not in stock, it's usually not long before it gets replenished. Delivery is always good and quick too.

Apr 01,2021Great UK source for outdoor gear as unfortunately its now more difficult and expensive to order from EU. Always had fast delivery and great service all round, even when an item was delivered damaged it was easily returned and refunded inc postage so I appreciate their commitment to upholding quality standards. Just wish they stocked a bit more La Sportiva trail runners and mountain boots.
