Dec 17,2020Bought a number of items and paid for 48h tracked delivery. Never received a tracking number. Items eventually arrived but quite late and only after a fairly terse exchange with the retailer. I totally understand delays with covid - but how the retailer handled the situation and the tone of their communication was a little off. I would probably use them again - but not if I needed something for a specific date. -- Have now used them a number of times - I am going to chalk the initial hiccups as covid delivery snafus. Excellent prices, great selection, fast & secure tracked delivery. Had no further issues and would now actually recommend.

Not used the company before but reviews looked good so took the plunge (I later saw an ad in Country Walking). Trousers arrived promptly and as ordered.
