Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with a tent through no fault of UOG and they sent a brand new replacement with next day delivery. Top service, highly recommend.

They have a great collection of lightweigt gear for very competitive prices. Shipping is free. Their customer service is exemplary: very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and customer oriented. Packaging is good, shipping time was within the expected time frame. I buy for a couple of years from this company and their level is consistently excellent. I'm a very happy customer!

They have a great selection of equipment and clothing and at good prices. The nature of ultralight equipment is that some products to get damaged quickly, thankfully the customer service team is the most helpful I have encountered.

Quick response over email when I had questions before my purchase. Fast delivery to Sweden. Very happy with my purchase! The only thing not perfect was the packaging, my tent was packed in bubble wrap and a plastic bag. Somewhere along the way there was a cut made in the outer plastic and bubble wrap and it could easily have gone through the tent as well but it seems to have survived.

Professional and responsive customer service who answered queries within a few hours. Good to have a free delivery option (although not traceable but items were delivered within the expected time frame). Extremely fast dispatching timings once the order is put through.
