Mar 24,2023I've used a number of umbrella companies/Ltd companies before. These guys win hands down. sacrifice for pension is simple and efficient. Easily auditable/checkable. I haven't received a late payment in a year of using them. Prices are reasonable.

Specific thanks go to Christel who has been taking care of my pension deductions. She's efficient and clear in her communications regarding the end of the tax year. Did my tax returns and they can't get it right, one year I had to pay £20k back to HMRC, last financial year I they told me I'm due a tax rebate, HMRC are saying this amount is double the amount they calculated. This current tax year they have not used the right tax code so I will have a massive bill again....I have left now as they are useless

Mar 15,2023They payment dates were very accurate which is the main thing, whoever when it came to clarity, I thing they have a lot to improve. My pension was discounted twice before they register me with the pension provider and I managed to cancel it, when you contact them, no satisfactory answers are provided. Same when you want to understand the calculations on your payslip, it’s hard to get a satisfactory answer. I guess that’s all aligned to the very competitive fee they charge…

Mar 14,2023Very bad experience with this umbrella company. They deducted thousands of pounds from my pay (without my consent). They also calculated tax incorrectly. When contacted about this they were really unhelpful and quite dismissive. This might well end up costing me hundreds of pounds and hours of time and stress.

Mar 04,2023Customer service is a bit lacking initiative/something I can’t put my finger on - it’s a bit awkward and not particularly reassuring . However I had no major issues and found the account manager’s were a good escalation point that saved the relationship to some degree . Tried another provider and can safely say they’re much worse so given an above average score .
