Jan 19,2023I chose Umbrella.co.uk after speaking with other companies, and the first big difference was it didn’t feel as though they were just trying to sign me up for money, compared to other companies who bombard you with calls and emails after a conversation. Robert was so down to earth, and with it being my first time using an Umbrella company explained things in terms I understood. Robert has gone above and beyond to help in any way he can, and is generally a pleasant and lovely guy to deal with! I can’t recommend him more.

Her exceptional turnaround time and the attention to detail applied reminded me of the fact that Umbrella.co.uk has consistently offered me a high quality service. Dec 21,2022There isn’t much in it, money-wise when it comes to using an umbrella company. I only opted for this company as (name removed) promised that he would waive the company's margin for my first week if I signed up. He didn’t and he has ignored my emails since. Other than a small cinema discount the perks at work hold no benefit/value. They do however pay me on time. **Updated** following this review, I was contacted to rectify the margin fee week and informed my emails were missed.
