Do NOT choose unihomes as your utilities provider as they are disorganised and negligent in their communication. Though they promise to make paying bills easier, all they have caused me is stress and wasted time. They didn’t set up my electric and water bills properly with the supplier, meaning I am still receiving bills from the companies after being with them for FOUR MONTHS, including most recently an urgent red bill saying I had 10 days to pay. I emailed about this, attaching both of the bills in the email as I was told to do by customer support, but they failed to look at the attachments properly for the water bill so this hasn’t been sorted. They didn’t inform me of this however, and I received no further correspondence, leaving me to have to call customer support and then email it all over again. After AGAIN hearing nothing back and receiving an urgent red bill from my utilities company now, I emailed for the FOURTH time. I finally got a pathetic response, simply stating that customer service hadn’t heard back from my utilities company after emailing and just gave up I suppose, and that now they would try calling. Why has is taken this long to finally call the company? I sent countless emails saying the matter was URGENT as I was receiving outstanding bills and they didn’t think past emailing? Where is the common sense? There is no following through with their actions or giving you updates and just leave their customers in the dark after doing the bare minimum. Where is my money that I pay monthly going if it’s not being paid to my utilities company? I don’t understand how a company that was so pushy with their calls, texts AND emails trying to get me to make an account with them at the start could now be so terrible with their replies. Just goes to show that once they’ve got your money they don’t care 👍
