Nov 15,2024Made a call today to query about a gas bill I got through the mail and about a £50 amazon voucher that we were promised if we signed before a date. Lyndsay was helpful at addressing these queries and did better than her colleague who picked up the other week who said they would get back to me on it but never did; instead Lyndsay made sure to get me to email a screenshot of the message so that she could follow this through with the rest of the team. With the other query, again she explained to me that usually with utility companies it takes time for them to update how the bills are being paid on their system and also told me to email the letter to the customer support email. Happy with this customer support, thanks.
