I am begging and pleading with anyone reading this please do not order from this company (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!) they do not send merchandise and they keep giving you the run around, I just lost money down the drain dealing with this company, I wish I would have read the reviews first. But it's ok because I know other people will read this review and take (CAUTION). There are many legitimate companies so please shop elsewhere.

Feb 16,2023Order was placed on 01/01/2023 and merchandise has never been shipped or received. Called and emailed multiple times with no answer on calls and only one response to a Facebook complaint. It has been 45 days for a delivery promise in 5-7 days.

Feb 15,2023I ordered incontinence diapers for my disabled child on 12/23 and have not received anything! I have emailed, called them at least 15 x and no reply. I have filed a case with PayPal. I really wish I would have read all these reviews prior to ordering anything. *****DO NOT BUY FROM HERE****

Feb 06,2023I ordered a product on Dec2 ,2022 .still in processing ,Feb 7th .paid for on dec 3rd ,have not seen what I ordered .Called ,and emailed more then 15 times no return call no responce from e mail .I turned them in to BBB.to get my money back .there working on it .Do not order from this website ,they will take your money !

Jan 25,2023Paid for the items and were still in "Processing" 10 days after the orders. Emailed the company TWICE - no response. Called the company within business hours - no one picked up the phone. Filed a PayPal claim, and will never do business again.

Jan 13,2023Ordered a Wheelchair and paid in full. Now 19 days later no Tracking number, no answer to phone calls, only one lame email on Jan. 5th that holiday delayed shipment. No other updates, no product. Opened claim in Norton Shopping Guarantee and they have heard nothing from this company. PURE SCAM ... deserves 0 stars and jail time. UPDATE 25 days now and NOTHING, even from the Norton Shopping Guarantee UPDATE DAY 26 ... Finally got response back from Unique after mentioning taking this to next level. Said that the Wheelchair was in backorder, UNFORTUNATELY I already talked to Medline about that, there were no backorders for any of the K1 Wheelchairs. Demanded full refund because wheelchair hasn't even been ordered yet. Buying directly from Medline now. Awaiting refund. Update Day 27 ... finally got refund, was like pulling teeth. Never again will we trust Unique Medical Supplies or Norton Shopping Guarantee. Medline order will be here in 5 days. Update Day 29 ... Medline at home has delivered the chair earlier today, 3 days faster then they expected. Thus proving no backorder. Will never order from Unique Medical again.

Jan 13,2023I place a monthly order for incontinence supplies for my handicapped son with this company. I paid 250$ six weeks ago for supplies which I never received. They are no longer responding to my emails or phone calls and appear to be out of business. Buyer beware!!!

Jan 07,2023I placed an order on 12/19/22 I have not received the items nor do I have a tracking number. I have made three phone calls asking for a return call as well as sent two emails. Calls remain unanswered and email was an automated response.

Dec 27,2022I am thinking this is a Fake company, I ordered a chair, that I cancelled the order the same day, they charged my credit card anyways and never returned the money, I opened a dispute with my credit card and still do no see the money, my credit card says is investigating, no need for all this stress.

Aug 25,2021The cane looks nice, but its quad base is uneven and very wobbly, and the cane is a bit heavier than it should be. I thought it was just a defect in that cane, but when I tried the second cane they sent me (exact same), I was presented with the same problem… an uneven base that could cause a serious fall if you land on a rock or hit an uneven structure in the sidewalk. Since it is welded at the base, it cannot be adjusted. However, the staff was wonderful in trying to rectify the problem. I really believe that this particular cane should be removed from inventory

Aug 23,2021When I first ordered with Unique, I was a little hesitant because they had posted a notice warning of possible significant delivery delays due to Covid19. I was pleasantly surprised when 2 or 3 days later my order arrived! Prices and prompt delivery are the best you will find.

Aug 21,2021Was a 3/ 5 day shipping. After 2 weeks i called said it woyld be shipped folling Fri. Wrong i got it a week later out of a faculity in Califorina. Lady told me it be shipped from place in Ohio. I dont recommend if need equipment in an hurry

Aug 20,2021The staff have been very helpful. I've experienced a setback in the delivery/ lack of of the wheelchair I ordered. FED EX Mishandled the shipping which is not the fault of Unique Medical. Ms Olivia has bent over backwards to fix the problem.

After 12 phone messages left (since they never answer the phone) and multiple text messages, we still have no table or a refund.
