She is extremely knowledgeable of health plans and did an amazing job at comparing and contrasting the different plans available in our area. She was well-organized which made it very easy to determine which plan was the best for my aunt. She saved my aunt over 300.00 per month by choosing a new plan. There was absolutely no pressure not did I detect any bias towards one plan over another. She was a true customer advocate. The entire process played out just as she described. There were no surprises or unforeseen issues from start to the completion of the enrollment process. She made it very easy and streamlined. Cassandra is an asset to her organization and we would recommend her to anyone seeking guidance in supplemental plans.

Feb 28,2025These people are always on top of things. I have used United Medicare Advisors since I first enrolled in Medicare many years also and they have always been very helpful. They apparently check on accounts and let us know if there is going to be a price increase on the plan I have been enrolled in. They find the same coverage for less than the increase and are very efficient. I spoke with John E today and got enrolled in different plan. Thanks!
