Aug 04,2022Bought an in house repair warranty as I live in a retirement home. TV stooped working. Filed a claim. They said I have to arrange repair on my own and will be reimbursed. If I could do that, I would have. They may be responsive in a city but not in a small town. Buyer beware. Dumping the TV and buying a cheaper one - and NO warranty from Upsie! UPDATE: Got a reply from them to forward info to them so they could look at my case further. A week later still nothing.

Aug 02,2022The emails never stop. I had already purchased a plan and I am still getting emails saying I left something in my cart. I have unsubscribed each time I get an email, which is about 5 times each day, and they still keep coming. Expect to be bombarded with solicitation before, during and after you buy or not.

Aug 01,2022I was happy with upsie. I bought a warranty for my ps5 and they noticed that I paid too much and gave me a refund for the difference. Most companies wouldn't go out of the way to do that. Now I'm going to buy an extended warranty for my new surround system.

Jul 31,2022Prior to purchasing my Upsie extended warranty, I had a few questions regarding my TV’s eligibility so I called the toll free number and too my surprise, I actually spoke to a customer service agent in the U.S. She was knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. How refreshing! I immediately purchased my warranty on line. Also, the affordable cost provides peace of mind at an excellent price.

Jul 30,2022The customer service representative (Zoe) stayed on the line while I completed the application. Zoe was very helpful answering all my questions and even uploaded my receipt's in my file. Now it’s good to know I have coverage to cover the cost of my Mac. Hopefully I won’t have to use this warranty but in case there are any issues with my refurbished Mac 13 I am covered. Hopefully any issues arise the problems will be resolved as easily.

Jul 29,2022I insured my 65" Samsung S95B QD-Oled T.V. today through my smartphone. It was an easy process. I haven't used the policy yet and truly hope to never have to do so. I hope when the time comes for a claim if it is ever needed, that it will come through for me.

Upsie even rebated part of my original premium when THEY discovered I’d overvalued my phone’s retail price. Who does that these days!? Extremely impressed so far.
