3 days and no update on shipping
I gave 5 stars assuming Upsie is a credible insurance. Won’t know until I use it.
They covered my phone, but the process is painstaking... First of all they had my account all messed up and took over a week to get it corrected. Then after the claim was finally settled I never received payment. Finally I contacted them and they claimed to be in review then backtracked when I asked them where the claim payment was at. They claimed they could not get a hold of me for 2 weeks.
Easy to purchase just hope I never need it.
Select your product, tem length, asked choose on payment or pay over time. This was half of the price the manufacturer wanted b for the same period of time. I'll use them on my next warranty!
needed to cancel coverage on old phone and add coverage on new phone - was able to get details on refund after cancel on old phone and was pretty easy to add new phone coverage - in support uploading my proof of purchase - they found I had not correctly filled out the data about the new phone and are sending me a $30 refund -- great customer service!
Great price and site was pretty straightforward. I hooe I never have to rate their claims servicing!
I called one time to try to file a claim on my PlayStation five dual shock controller and I was told I would be called back within a half an hour and I was never called back at all and for some reason they kept confusing my account for my moms account even though they’re completely separate accounts.

Upsie is my go to place for warranties. I have several on many different items, appliances, electronics, and tools. I can't beat their prices and never had a problem with them.

easy to upload information, as expensive as computers cost its nice to get a warranty to cover should anything happen to the unit. a 3 yr warranty was reasonable as compared to best buy or other companies such as allstate. hopefully nothing happens but if it does I am covered. thanks
My purchase experience was easy and informative. However due to the extreme discount I received on my TV, I wasn't sure which level of protection I needed to purchase. Customer service reached out to me on their own to make sure I was comfortable with the level I chose and advise me of the better choice. This made my decision to purchase even easier to know that someone was already looking out for my best interest. The fact that Upsie covers more in their plans and are more reasonably priced than others helps as well.
After comparing insurance plans and rates for 5 years of complete insurance coverage for my expensive new tv I immediately signed up with Upsie. The plan covers all of my purchase for 5 years and leaves nothing unchecked. The process to warranty the tv was simple and painless. I will be recommending Upsie to friends and family for their insurance needs!
Superb customer service. Not my first time with Upsie and I'm glad I used this for my new phone. I was having some difficulty with the online form and the customer service agents could not have been more helpful.
I was searching for protection coverage for a new Samsung Galaxy S22+ phone. In comparing several vendors, Upsie provided a cost effective plan for two years, at less than $99/year. The plan has a smaller deductible than the other vendors, providing coverage for most common failure issues (e.g., touchscreen, camera, power). Setup was straightforward, and became activated upon payment. Like any insurance, I hope I won't need it, however, I have peace of mind knowing I have it.
Good customer service
The sign up process has a glitch where the exact memory capacity of my smartphone was not given as a possibility. I called support and was told to pick the nearest value and put the true value in the description in the next field. So done. The support person said he would personally review my order and validate it. He got back to me by e-mail within 5 minutes and said everything was OK.
