Have not received a receipt to do my warranty or anything? Well the not getting a receipt issue was resolved but now it seems that my receipt that is directly from Sony for the ps5 with the order number and everything isn’t enough because it doesn’t have a date on it I mean I can send the email date but I would think the order number directly from Sony should be more then sufficient ? Lol 😂 ok so hopefully all of what the above helps even though it’s a huge run on together sentences oh well I work nights and been up to long. Anyways have the date on the receipt you upload 😂 all in all great experience they even noticed that I was overcharged a little bit and refunded me the amount I was overcharged so all and all just chalk this up to a grumpy tired person that hopefully helped someone put a date on a receipt
Love this company and their approach to device insurance. Dump your carriers poor coverage and go with folks who aren’t “too big to fail”… They want you as a customer and earn your loyalty!

I got my device replaced because the screen was broken and they sent me a used one with a defected screen there was a line on the left side, kind of like someone put a magnet on it...

Upsie is GREAT! Not only are their warranty rates far more reasonable, their customer service is laudable. I had trouble finishing my purchase for a warranty, so I called them; they called me back within the hour, completed the application on their end, and also let me know my rate was actually lower than I had thought.
I have multiple plans through Upsie. The purchasing experience wasn't bad at all. They continue to add new product categories and the prices seem reasonable. All I can comment on is the purchasing though as I have yet to need to use any of the plans or deal with customer service at all.
