Easy to navigate. I was able to upload my receipt for warranty coverage services. I’m hoping if and when I need assistance with my a claim, I’ll receive great, hassle free and prompt service.

Very competitive pricing and plans. Would also be nice to see a plan that covered lost phones, but I understand that would drive the price higher.

When I call customer service regretting my iPhone they were so helpful the girl even was so friendly that she understood my situation and pointed me in the right direction even called the company that I was taking it to took it the next day and everything was paid for except for my deductible

I purchased only to find out that I didn't supply a detailed enough receipt. Now I have to call to cancel. Waste of time. In response- I couldn't find anything that listed those requirements to be on the receipt. I just needed to provide the receipt. I did see where the form asked for those items to be entered, and I entered accordingly. Nonetheless, the proof of purchase I submitted is all I have to provide and I guess it's not enough. So unfortunately, as bad as I want to give yall my money, it won't be accepted. Thanks anyway.
While they will cover used items, they must be purchased from a dealer. That is understandable but they don't tell that to you. I discovered this when the site required I upload a receipt which I did not have. Unfortunately, I had already paid and while they refunded my money no questions asked, had they said this initially, I would not have wasted my time buying the plan.
This is the first time I am getting a warranty for an Apple device that isn’t Apple Care+. I couldn’t beat the overall price or the low deductible. Signing up for it was super easy too. We shall see… the best warranty is, the one you never have to use.
No provision on website for items given as a gift, had to go back to apple to buy coverage. Upside should be able to tell based on model and serial number that we have a legitimate item to buy coverage for.
